A fascinating murder mystery and a completely different setting and system of policing for me – masterly doesn’t even come close to describing it. This is must for all crime readers.

Absolutely fascinating, harrowing but fascinating. Read in a single sitting.
A baking hot, wonderfully atmospheric read. A great mystery and the perfect escape on a cold day!
Oh I thoroughly enjoyed delving back into the Dr Ruth Galloway mysteries. I missed a few, so I’d better go back and catch up! There’s really no need though, it’s written so well you can dip in and out and enjoy each novel as they come your way!
Things are hotting up and merely investigating the crimes is starting to lead to more and more danger for Skelton, Edgar, and, even Rose.
Oh the twists! The wonderful amazing story and the TWISTS! I did not see them at all!
Whacky and original, it held the Grott Monster’s attention till the very end!
Marvellously twisty – a country house, a dysfunctional and competitive family and the last one standing gets the prize!
Oh no! I’ve started another series on the second book! Have to go back to the first, for the Dinner Ladies deserve that attention!
Read in a single sitting on a flight home. Light and easy!
